Summary:
Transfield Worley Solutions conducted a review of the client’s
operational maintenance practices to identify immediate and medium-term
improvements in the performance of existing contracts.
A review of maintenance practices was considered necessary because the
client had recently experienced significant organisational change, where
several maintenance contracts had been combined to realise economies of
scale.
