Transfield Worley Solutions (TW Solutions) is a Joint Venture between Transfield Services (Australia) ACN 093 114 553 and WorleyParsons Services ACN 001 279 812, was formed in 2000 to offer integrated management services and multi discipline engineering which encompasses project management, maintenance engineering, CMMS Optimisation and Asset Management, general engineering/technical services to the Petrochemical, Oil and Gas, Chemical, Mining, Minerals and associated infrastructure and facilities sectors.

Our strength eminates from the backing and support of our parent companies and the combined experience in the provision of Alliance and Joint Venture relationships.
